Our MPMS Band Fundraiser starts this Wednesday, June 8th
This is our first and last fundraiser for band this year.
A HUGE THANK YOU to Mr. Schlabach, the amazing MPMS Director of Bands, for creating many great performance opportunities for Meadow Park kids in this unusual year - 2 Band Concerts, Marching Parade at McMinnville, Jr Rose City Parade, ABCD Ice cream Social! We are truly fortunate to have such a talented and dedicated Director of Bands at our school!
Now we need YOUR help to make the parade fun and safe for our students!
We are seeking DONATIONS to make this happen!
PLEASE donate to help our young musicians by June 21st, 2022.
You can do that by visiting the MEADOW PARK PTO website

2. Click on the donate button
3. Enter your donation amount
4. Select "Band" from the dropdown menu. (This is important so that we may know that these funds are used for the event)
5. Donate with PayPal or debit/credit card PLEASE remember to use your employer's Matching Gift program!
Many companies will match your nonprofit donations, doubling the benefit of your gift. Please let us know if your employer matches your contribution at meadowparkvolunteers@gmail.com
Every dollar raised will go directly to funding MPMS Band. We are truly grateful for any donation that you are able to provide!
If you would like to volunteer on the day of the events, your name should be in the Meadow Park Volunteer System with COVID Vaccination Card uploaded and approved (at least 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson). If you are not in the volunteer system, please fill out this Volunteer and Background Check Application. It might take longer to clear the background check, so please submit the application as soon as possible.

The drive through arranged by the school was the most amazingly organized event. It was very apparent that the staff went above and beyond working hard in terms of planning and organization to ensure a flawless day. The traffic flow was smooth, the teachers were so cheerful and motivated all geared up to start the school year, item return process was seamless, locker pick up items were readily available without any wait, books to be collected were instantly

retrieved. Kudos to all the hard work put forth by one and all despite the challenging times and weather conditions. Feeling proud to have a student here! Thank you so much Meadow Park staff! You all have set the tone right!!
